Job Description:
- Manage inventory of kitchen ingredients
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Measure prepared ingredients to make sure that there is enough for the chef’s requirements
- Label food items and store them in the correct place
- Make sauces and side dishes to accompany the main dish
- Wash dishes
- Take out the trash
- Maintain a sanitized environment that is up to the health department code
- Attention to detail
