Job Description:
- Greeting customers as they walk into the restaurant
- Helping guests with waitlists(and/or reservations)
- Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Taking pre-orders accordingly while they wait in their queues
- Giving customers accurate wait times and guiding them to their table when ready
- Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Answering phones and scheduling reservations
Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Great communication skills and phone etiquette
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
