Daeho Kalbijjim is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will be responsible for assisting with the restaurant’s daily operations. The Restaurant Assistant Manager ensures that each visit by a customer results in friendly and personalized service with great food that is promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support while working closely with the General Manager and other team members to maintain operational standards and procedures.
Job Description:
- Under the direction of the General Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible to support the General Manager in managing the restaurant’s daily operations, including, but not limited to:
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Coordinating operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Keeping track of employees’ hours
- Organizing schedules
- Ensuring all end-of-day cashouts are correctly completed
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Appraising staff performance
Job Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree(B.A.) from 4-year college or university
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-volume full-service concept
- Flexibility to rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Understanding the brand and culture of [Daeho Restaurant]
- Must be ServeSafe Certified
- Must have a current ABC Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Must be a problem solver
